Nature's
Abundance

In ancient times the land that is Glendale was known to be a place of nurturing abundance providing safety and solace from the world beyond. It is still true today. The diverse habitats ranging from rolling oak woodlands to ancient douglas fir forests, wetlands and waterways to serpentine soils are home to an astounding number of plant and animal species.  It is arguably one of the most diverse ecosystems left in the Napa Valley.

The area’s shy but playful bobcats can be seen bounding through the grasslands,  momma bears and their cubs fishing in the lake and otters gliding along the streams. Bald eagles, red tail hawks, osprey, owls, egrets and grey herons soar above and keep watch over the land and it’s water ways.  Plant life ranges from the jurassic era horsetails to the California elderberry and everything in between.  The Legacy of Abundance is inherent in this land as it is in the stewards who have called it home – now this Legacy is yours to nurture, to tend and to bring into tomorrow.
